Negligence and personal injury

Counsel act for both claimants and defendants - either via their insurers or privately. Our work covers negligence, claims under the Occupiers Liability Acts, Fatal Accident Act claims, injuries in the workplace, claims under the Health and Safety Act and regulations and clinical negligence.

All of our Counsel will consider accepting instructions on a CFA basis. Instructions received on a CFA basis are reviewed by at least 2 barristers before acceptance or rejection. If a case is accepted on a CFA basis then we will ensure that we are able to cover any hearings.
