What they say |
From William Welsh at the Michael Hill Partnership Solicitors: Through diligent preparation and obvious flair for Advocacy, Caroline has consistently achieved exceptionally good results in defending criminal cases ranging from Domestic Violence, Indecent Assaults on young victims and serious Road Traffic Offences. From Gail Miller at Mander Cruickshank Solicitors: I find Caroline to be very approachable and helpful. One of the main reasons for using Caroline is, as well as being very capable in dealing with matters for me, her ability to communicate very well with clients, put them at ease and explain matters to them regardless of their level of understanding and grasp of the situation. I am very happy to instruct Caroline and let her attend court without a representative from this firm. I know that Caroline will not only deal with matters in relation to the court process, but will put my client at ease. |
Profile |
With every case I work on, whichever court I am in and whatever the type of charge I will give 100% commitment putting my client’s case in the best possible way. Whether I prosecute or defend a case I will consider the evidence and if there is anything else that can be done before the hearing it will be done. I believe that everyone has the right to have a case put well and fairly and strive to do so throughout my practice. Caroline takes part in a chambers run programme of criminal law seminars as both presenter and by helping to organise some events. Caroline recently presented training to the CPS on the use of hearsay and bad character in domestic violence cases. |
